CⅡTA(MHCclassⅡtransactivator)是近年新发现的转录活化因子 ,对MHCⅡ类分子的表达起严格且专一的调控作用。CⅡTA通过其细胞和组织专一性的启动子表达不同的转录本 ,并以此调节MHCⅡ类分子在不同组织及时段的特异性表达。CⅡTA蛋白与基础转录复合物及多种MHCⅡ类基因转录因子之间存在相互作用 ,并与之形成复合物以实现转录活化功能。对CⅡTA基因结构和功能的研究将极大地促进其在免疫调节和疾病治疗研究中的应用。
CⅡTA (MHC class Ⅱ transactivator) is a newly discovered transcriptional activator in recent years, which plays a strict and specific regulatory role in the expression of MHC class II molecules. CⅡTA expresses different transcripts through its cell and tissue-specific promoters and regulates the specific expression of MHC class II molecules in different tissues and time segments. CⅡTA protein and basic transcription complex and a variety of MHC Ⅱ gene transcription factor interaction exists between, and with the formation of complex in order to achieve transcriptional activation. The study of CⅡTA gene structure and function will greatly promote its application in immunomodulation and disease treatment research.
