危害茎用芥菜的病害有病毒病、软腐病和霜霉病等,虫害有蚜虫、菜螟等。其中以蚜虫危害及导致病毒病影响最为严重,可用50%抗蚜威可湿性粉剂每亩10克对水30～50千克,或20%氰戊菊酯乳油3000～4000倍液,或25%阿克泰水分散粒剂7500～10000倍液,或20%速灭菊酯乳油每亩10～25克对水喷雾。
