随着知识型、高新技术型企业的不断兴起,知识和知识的运用能力成为企业的核心能力,而积累和创造知识和信息的人力资本正成为企业的主要生产要素。人力资本是企业价值增值的关键所在,是企业剩余的真正缔造者,其重要性远远超过了物质资本。因此,在企业产权制度安排中,应充分考虑到人力资本的地位和作用,从原来只考虑物质资本时产权管理相对静态的方式转变为产权动态的管理方式,达对发挥人力资本的作用,提高企业效率是很有必要的。
