随着新媒体的不断出现和融媒体时代的来临,万物皆媒已经是不争的事实,过去一度占据主流的电视和广播也迎来了新的挑战,这些媒体必须实现转型才能在新的媒体背景下实现生存,与之相伴随的就是主持人和播音员,这些职业也一定要随着媒体变化而改变才能适应新的时代。播音员与主持人虽然在职业需求上不尽相同,但其核心素养还是基本一致的,且其从学科分类角度看也均是出自播音主持这一专业,因此我们就将其两者一并分析,并通过对这两个职业的探究来总结新时代传媒行业对播音主持专业的要求。总体上讲,本文致力于探究新的媒体背景下对于播音主持专业
