目的探讨β-七叶皂甙钠与电针联用对脑梗死患者的疗效及对细胞因子(TNF-α)含量的影响。方法将40例脑梗死患者随机分为两组,基础组采用基础治疗,联合组在基础治疗的基础上加β-七叶皂甙钠静滴与电针联用,观察其对脑梗死患者神经功能评分及TNF-α含量的影响。结果两组患者治疗前神经功能积分和TNF-α含量均无显著性差异(P>0.05),但用药7d和14d后,联合组神经功能积分比治疗前均明显升高(P<0.01),而基础组的神经功能积分在用药前后改变不明显(P>0.05);联合组TNF-α含量在用药14d后明显低于基础组(P<0.05),而基础组TNF-α含量用药前后无明显改变(P>0.05)。结论提示β-七叶皂甙钠与电针联用,具有保护血管内皮细胞功能,降低TNF-α水平的作用。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of β-aescinate and electroacupuncture on the content of cytokines (TNF-α) in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 40 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. The basic group was treated with basic therapy. The combination group was treated with sodium β-aescinate intravenously and electroacupuncture on the basis of basic treatment. The neurological function was observed in patients with cerebral infarction Score and TNF-α content. Results There was no significant difference in the scores of neurological function and TNF-α between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). However, the scores of neurological function in the combined group were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.01) (P <0.05). The TNF-αcontent in the combined group was significantly lower than that in the basal group (P <0.05) 14 days after treatment, while the level of TNF-α in the basal group was not significantly changed before and after treatment Significantly changed (P> 0.05). The results suggest that β-aescinate combined with electroacupuncture has the function of protecting vascular endothelial cells and decreasing the level of TNF-α.
