大黄素对豚鼠离体肠管的作用与剂量相关,<29.6μmol/L时收缩作用随剂量增加而增强(P<0.01);>29.6μmol/L时,作用渐弱至停止。适当剂量的大黄素(14.8μmol/L)可使乙酰胆碱(Ach)对豚鼠离体回肠和结肠的收缩作用比单用Ach时均明显增强,其P值分别<0.05和0.01,但增加大黄素剂量收缩作用反而渐弱,直至活动停止,此时再加入氯化钙(CaCl2)0.27mmol/L又可恢复Ach收缩肠管平滑肌的作用。实验表明:大黄素对豚鼠离体肠管具有双向调节作用并与钙离子的参与密切相关。
The effect of emodin on the isolated intestine of guinea pigs was dose-dependent. The contractile effect of emodin increased with the increase of dose (<29.6 μmol/L) (P<0.01). When the concentration was >29.6 μmol/L, the effect gradually weakened to stop. The appropriate dose of emodin (14.8 μmol/L) caused a significant increase in the contractile effect of acetylcholine (Ach) on isolated guinea pig ileum and colon compared with Ach alone, with a P value of <0.05 and 0.01, respectively. However, the increase in emodin dose contraction but weakened until the activity stopped, then add calcium chloride (CaCl2) 0.27mmol / L can restore the role of Ach contraction of intestinal smooth muscle. Experiments show that emodin has two-way regulation of isolated guinea pig intestine and is closely related to the participation of calcium ions.
