针对工程实践中某长陡坡排水隧洞的3种设计方案,即长直陡坡式、台阶陡坡式、环形堰竖井式,其流场特性、消能效果等依据经验公式法计算困难,建立了RNGk-ε双方程紊流数学模型,应用VOF法处理水气两相流自由液面,以结构化网格和非结构化网格相结合的形式进行网格剖分,采用标准壁面函数法求解水流近壁区流速,展开了多工况三维数值模拟研究.得到并分析了不同计算工况排水隧洞水流基本形态、泄流能力、消能效果、压力分布等,最终比选出台阶陡坡式方案为该排水隧洞的最佳设计方案,后期应针对性地对其合理性进行物理模型试验验证.利用CFD数值模拟法解决工程实际问题的同时,也为水利水电工程中大流量冲沟排水问题的研究提供了参考和依据.
According to the three design schemes of drainage tunnel with long and steep slopes in engineering practice, namely long straight steep slope, step steep slope and annular weir shaft, the flow field characteristics and energy dissipation effect are calculated based on empirical formula method. The RNGk- ε turbulence mathematical model of two equations, VOF method for the treatment of two-phase flow free surface, structured meshes and unstructured grid mesh combination of the form of decomposition, the use of standard wall function method to solve the water flow near The numerical simulation of multi-working conditions was carried out.The basic form of flow, discharge capacity, energy dissipation effect and pressure distribution of drainage tunnel under different calculation conditions were obtained and analyzed.At last, The best design plan of drainage tunnel should be verified by the physical model test at the later stage.Using CFD numerical simulation method to solve practical engineering problems, it also provides the research of large flow gully drainage in water conservancy and hydropower projects For reference and basis.
