目的筛选利胆排毒口服液抗内毒素活性部位。方法采用鲎试剂凝集试验法,对利胆排毒口服液不同极性部位抗内毒素作用进行了体外观察。结果各部位均呈现一定的内毒素破坏作用,而水溶性部位在0.01g/m L仍然对内毒素有破坏作用。结论水溶性部位是抗内毒素主要活性部位,乙酸乙酯和正丁醇部位次之,石油醚部位在处方量浓度下无抗内毒素活性。
Objective To screen the anti-endotoxin active site of Liguan detox oral liquid. Methods The method of agglutination test was used to observe the anti-endotoxin effect in different polar fractions of Ligusticum detoxification oral liquid. Results All parts showed endotoxin disruption, while water-soluble fraction at 0.01g / m L still had a devastating effect on endotoxin. Conclusion The water-soluble site is the main active site against endotoxin, followed by ethyl acetate and n-butanol. The petroleum ether site has no anti-endotoxin activity at the prescribed concentration.
