以平顶山一矿为例，应用事故树分析法对胶带输送事故进行分析，找出了影响事故发生的主要因素，并提出了相应的安全防范措施。
Taking Pingdingshan No. 1 Mine as an example, the accident of conveyor belt was analyzed by accident tree analysis method, the main factors affecting the accidents were found, and the corresponding safety precautions were put forward.
