扇形大豆因株形似扇而得名。适应性广,抗逆性强,茎杆粗壮,根系发达,耐旱,耐肥,抗倒伏,不拉藤,并具有特殊稳定的遗传性。试验表明,一般亩产300公斤,高产田块450公斤以上,比当地传统大豆增产2～3倍。其栽培技术如下:
