为促进教育公平,加强学前教育的普及,我国一直致力于向更多的儿童提供学前教育机会,但是残疾儿童作为较为特殊的群体,即使经过了学前教育的普及,其入学情况仍然不容乐观,尤其是在我国的农村地区和贫困地区,残疾儿童的学前教育比例极低,许多残疾儿童无法得到像正常儿童一样的学习条件,这种情况的存在严重阻碍了我国教育发展和社会和谐。残疾儿童学前教育工作的推进是我国教育公平政策发展的重要组成部分,因此本文通过分析在普及学前教育背景下,我国残疾儿童学前教育发展现状,提出推进残疾儿童学前教育的策略,促进教育公平。
In order to promote fair education and increase the popularization of pre-school education, our country has always been committed to providing more children with pre-school education opportunities. However, as a special group, disabled children are still not optimistic about their enrollment even after the pre-school education has passed. In rural areas and poor areas in our country, the proportion of children with disabilities in pre-school education is extremely low and many children with disabilities can not get the same learning conditions as normal children. This situation has seriously hindered the educational development and social harmony in our country. The promotion of pre-school education for children with disabilities is an important part of the development of education fairness policy in our country. Therefore, by analyzing the current situation of preschool education for children with disabilities in the context of popularizing pre-school education, this paper puts forward strategies to promote pre-school education for children with disabilities and promotes education fairness.
