目的了解接受低水平电离辐射长期照射的阳江高本底地区居民的血清甲状旁腺素水平。方法选取长期居住于高本底地区(HBRA)和对照地区(CA)的40~65岁男性居民为研究对象。问卷调查后,采集空腹外周静脉血,用ELISA测定全段甲状旁腺素(iPTH)。结果经多元回归分析,血清甲状旁腺激素(PTH)浓度与个人累积剂量呈负相关。PTH=-9.81×dose+4.53,P=0.025,差异有统计学意义。结论长期小剂量照射可能影响甲状旁腺素水平。
Objective To understand the level of serum parathyroid hormone (Hypophosphatemia) in residents with high background of Yangjiang River exposed to long-term exposure to low levels of ionizing radiation. Methods Male aged 40-65 years old living in high background area (HBRA) and control area (CA) were selected as the research object. After the questionnaire survey, fasting peripheral blood was collected and whole parathyroid hormone (iPTH) was measured by ELISA. Results Multiple regression analysis showed that serum parathyroid hormone (PTH) concentration was negatively correlated with individual cumulative dose. PTH = -9.81 × dose + 4.53, P = 0.025, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Long-term low-dose irradiation may affect the level of parathyroid hormone.
