东部地区新型农村合作医疗运行7年来,参合人数与筹资水平大幅度增加,参合农民受益人次与受益水平逐年上升。为了不断完善农村合作医疗制度,东部地区积极探索各种新做法,如建立长效的筹资机制和新型农村合作医疗与城镇居民医保相互衔接等。
In the seven years since the operation of the new rural cooperative medical system in eastern China, the number of participants and the level of fund-raising have increased substantially, and the number of beneficiaries and the beneficiaries of participating farmers has risen year by year. In order to continuously improve the rural cooperative medical system, the eastern region has actively explored various new practices, such as establishing a long-term financing mechanism and linking new rural cooperative medical services with urban residents’ health insurance.
