本文对太钢尖草坪地区４所小学的学龄儿童龋齿的普查和预防进行了统计分析。结果表明，学龄儿童龋齿患病率为７３．７％，龋齿患儿龋均为４．２，说明儿童口腔保健是儿保工作中一项极为艰巨的任务。７年的防龋工作实践证明，采用氟离子透入方法对儿童龋齿预防，特别是对学龄儿童龋齿预防取得显著成效。
This paper conducted a statistical analysis on the survey and prevention of caries in school-aged children in 4 primary schools in Jiancaoping district of Taiyuan Iron and Steel. The results showed that the prevalence of dental caries in school-aged children was 73.7%, caries in children with dental caries was 4.2, indicating that oral health care for children is an extremely arduous task in child protection work. Seven years of anti-caries work has proved that the use of fluoride ion penetration method for prevention of dental caries in children, especially for school-age children caries prevention achieved remarkable results.
