中小城市商业银行本身也面临更为严峻的考验,因此现阶段中小城市商业银行在提高自身服务质量的前提下还需要推出更多金融服务新模式。电子银行的信誉和形象是商业银行在市场竞争中广泛赢得客户信赖的有力工具。本文研究对象是昆仑银行,通过对该行开展电子银行实践、实施途径的研究,将智能化引入昆仑银行电子银行服务营销,分析和借鉴国内外电子银行服务营销策略,对于提高昆仑银行服务水平具有一定的意义。
