过去钢铁企业对钢渣的处理大多数都是通过热泼处理,再经过简单的磁选,将大块渣钢选出,剩余的钢渣丢弃或低价外卖,使得企业大量资源流失。由于粗选后的钢渣金属铁品位较高,且存在体积稳定性的问题,因此利用较困难,也造成大量堆积和环境污染。文章主要介绍了如何选择合理的工艺方案及设备,对热闷后钢渣进行磁选和提纯,以保证金属回收率的最大化。
In the past, most of the iron and steel enterprises to deal with steel slag by heat treatment, and then after a simple magnetic separation, the election of large pieces of slag, the remaining steel slag or low take-away, making the loss of a lot of resources business. Due to the high grade steel slag metal after rougher selection and the problem of volume stability, it is more difficult to use and causes a lot of accumulation and environmental pollution. This article mainly introduces how to choose a reasonable process scheme and equipment, after hot stuffy slag magnetic separation and purification, in order to ensure the maximum metal recovery rate.
