目的:通过颅内压监测,了解良性与恶性脑瘤术后颅内压变化规律,为临床提供处理依据。方法:对我科1986年6月~1998年8月收住院的79例良性与恶性脑瘤术后监测结果进行分析对比。结果:恶性组40例,平均初压110mmH_2O,平均最高压527mmH_2O。良性组39例,平均初压65mmH_2O,平均最高压297mmH_2O。颅内压升至高水平的时间,恶性组大部分为2~7小时,良性瘤一般在8小时以后。结论:脑瘤术后颅内初压及最高压恶性均高于良性,术后颅内压上升到最高值的时间良性较恶性晚。
Objective: To observe the changes of intracranial pressure after benign and malignant brain tumor by intracranial pressure monitoring, and to provide the basis for clinical treatment. Methods: A total of 79 patients with benign and malignant brain tumors admitted to our department from June 1986 to August 1998 were analyzed and compared. Results: Malignant group of 40 cases, the average initial pressure 110mmH2O, the average maximum pressure 527mmH2O. 39 cases of benign group, the average initial pressure of 65mmH_2O, the average maximum pressure of 297mmH_2O. Intracranial pressure rose to a high level of time, most of the malignant group is 2 to 7 hours, benign tumors generally after 8 hours. Conclusion: The intracranial and maximal pressure of malignant brain tumor are higher than that of benign. The intracranial pressure rises to the highest value after benign and malignant late.
