目的:研究苍艾香熏油的体外抑菌作用。方法:采用打孔法检测苍艾香熏油对各实验菌的体外抑菌作用,并用氨苄西林制剂为阳性对照,分别初步求出其抑菌作用的量效关系。结果:苍艾香熏油对金黄色葡萄球菌,甲型、乙型链球菌,肺炎链球菌均有体外抑菌作用,并且在一定剂量范围内随剂量增加而增强。
Objective: To study the antibacterial effect of Cang Aroma oil in vitro. Methods: The in vitro antibacterial effect of Cang Aroma oil on each experimental strain was tested by using the method of punching, and ampicillin preparation was used as a positive control. The dose-effect relationship of its antibacterial activity was preliminary determined. RESULTS: Cang’ai fragrant oil had antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus, Streptococcus, and Streptococcus pneumoniae in vitro, and it increased with dose in a certain dose range.
