介绍一台我们设计、研制的共焦扫描激光显微镜,它由共焦显微镜光学系统、信号探测成像系统以及物扫描平台驱动装置组成.光学系统设计有两条光路,便于共焦调节,可采用反射、透射和偏振3种方式,也可进行荧光成像.信号探测成像系统及物扫描平台驱动装置均由计算机控制完成.本文对各部分的原理和具体实施方法作较详细的讨论,并给出一些样品的图像.
We introduce a confocal scanning laser microscope which we designed and developed. It consists of a confocal microscope optical system, a signal detection imaging system, and a scanning platform drive. Optical system design has two optical paths, easy to confocal adjustment, reflective, transmission and polarization can be used 3 ways, but also for fluorescence imaging.Signal detection imaging system and object scanning platform drive are completed by the computer.This paper analyzes the various parts The principle and implementation of the method for more detailed discussion, and gives some samples of the image.
