用PAR做显色剂,采用卡尔曼滤波-导数分光光度法同时测定镍、铜、锌。该法同时具有卡尔曼滤波和导数光谱的优点。镍、铜、锌在一阶导数光谱最大波长处的一阶导数摩尔吸光系数分别是3.8×10~5、1.6×10~3和6.2×10~5。合成样品分析结果良好。
Using PAR as color reagent, simultaneous determination of nickel, copper and zinc by Kalman filter - derivative spectrophotometry. This method has the advantages of both Kalman filter and derivative spectrum. The first derivative molar absorption coefficients of nickel, copper and zinc at the maximum wavelength of the first order derivative spectra are 3.8 × 10 -5, 1.6 × 10 -3 and 6.2 × 10 -5, respectively. Synthetic sample analysis results are good.
