杨树浦发电厂教育工作面向生产,注重实效,积极开展职工岗位培训、岗位练兵活动,取得明显成效,目前该厂受到市经委的表彰,并荣获上海职工培训优秀成果奖。该厂职工教育坚持以岗位育人、岗位成才为主,根据电厂生产需求,制订出具体培训项目,并落实参加对象、完成日期、实施部门及考核标准。在此基础上,该厂在全厂范围内开展评选技术能手活动,经过理论考试与实际操作。厂部命名1人为技术能手。同时,该厂还通过开展岗位练兵、技术比武来活跃岗位培训气氛。
The Yangshupu Power Plant’s education work is oriented toward production. It focuses on practical results and actively carries out employee job training and on-the-job training activities. It has achieved remarkable results. At present, the plant has received commendation from the municipal economic commission and won the Shanghai Staff Training Outstanding Achievement Award. The staff education of the factory adheres to the post-based education and job development. According to the power plant production requirements, specific training programs are formulated, and the participants, completion dates, implementation departments and assessment standards are implemented. On this basis, the plant conducts technical expert selection activities throughout the plant, through theoretical examinations and practical operations. The factory named 1 man as a technical expert. At the same time, the factory also carried out job training atmosphere through the development of on-the-job training and technical competition.
