中因海洋经济研究会山东分会,经过近一年时间的酝酿和筹备于1985年11月26日在青岛举行成立大会。中央驻青岛有关海洋部门、单位和济南、青岛、烟台、东营、威海等地市的七十余名会员代表出席了成立大会。中国海洋经济研究会会长张海峰到会并讲了话。会议一致通过了中国海洋经济研究会山东分会章程。山东分会的宗旨是:团结全省海洋经济理论和实际工作者,联合省外海洋界人士积极开展海洋经济 Due to the Marine Society of Shandong branch, after nearly a year of brewing and preparation on November 26, 1985 in Qingdao, the inaugural meeting. More than 70 member representatives from the central authorities stationed in Qingdao on the marine sector and units as well as other cities and counties such as Jinan, Qingdao, Yantai, Dongying and Weihai attended the inaugural meeting. Zhang Haifeng, chairman of China Ocean Economy Society, attended the meeting and made a speech. The meeting unanimously adopted the charter of Shandong Branch of China Ocean Economy Society. Shandong Branch aims to: unite the province’s marine economy theory and actual workers, the joint marine province outside the province to actively carry out the marine economy
