目的:探讨整体综合护理理论在儿科临床轮转护士护理带教中应用效果。方法:选取我院30名儿科临床轮转护士,随机分为观察组与对照组各15名,观察组应用整体综合护理理论教育,对照组应用传统护理理论教育,出科前对两组轮转护士综合评分,观察与比较两组综合能力平均积分值。结果:观察组轮转护士综合能力平均积分值(10.20±2.47)分;对照组轮转护士综合能力平均积分值(7.40±2.13)分。与对照组相比,观察组综合能力平均积分值明显较高(P<0.05)。结论:整体综合护理理论的应用有效提高了儿科临床轮转护士护理带教质量,值得推广应用。
Objective: To explore the application effect of the holistic nursing theory in pediatric clinical nursing. Methods: A total of 30 pediatric clinical rotational nurses in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 15 students in each group. The observation group was treated with general integrated nursing theory. The control group was treated with traditional nursing theory. Score, observe and compare the average integrated value of comprehensive ability of two groups. Results: The average integrated score (10.20 ± 2.47) of the turn nurses in the observation group and the average score of 7.50 ± 2.13 points of the integrated ability of the turn nurses in the control group. Compared with the control group, the observation group comprehensive ability average integral value was significantly higher (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of holistic integrated nursing theory effectively improves the teaching quality of pediatric clinical rotation nurses and deserves to be popularized and applied.
