混凝土斜拉桥主梁悬臂浇注用的前支点挂篮是施工过程中承重的重要结构,其安装精度与质量直接影响桥梁结构的成桥线形及使用寿命,是斜拉桥施工的关键工序,也标志着斜拉桥梁的施工水平,直接影响斜拉桥的施工质量与安全。文章结合北盘江特大桥实际情况,采用了挂篮整体提升施工技术,将挂篮在塔墩底平整的地面或平台上拼装完成,在0号梁段上搭设吊架,吊架上安装连续提升液压千斤顶,用钢绞线进行整体提升。该施工方法避免了散件高空拼装的工作,有效的缩短了施工时间,减小了高空作业风险、降低了施工成本,是目前高塔混凝土斜拉桥挂篮安装比较理想的施工方法,具有较高的推广价值,对今后类似桥梁建设提供参考,对于其它类似建筑物的施工也有借鉴价值。
