本文对长江中下游地区目前常用的水稻杂交种子及其亲本进行了酯酶同工酶电泳测定,通过对不同生长时期材料的选择,以及电泳图谱中标记酶带的分析,将杂交稻的酶话类型归为3种:互补类型、编亲类型、杂合类型,其中的互补酶类型为杂交水稻纯度的鉴定提供了一个可靠的依据。
In this paper, esterase isozyme electrophoresis was used to determine the hybrid rice seeds and their parents, which are commonly used in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. Based on the selection of materials at different growth stages and the analysis of the enzyme bands in the electrophoresis map, The types are classified into three types: complementary type, intimate type and heterozygous type. The type of complementary enzyme among them provides a reliable basis for the identification of the purity of hybrid rice.
