随着我国经济体制的变革及医疗卫生体制改革的深化,我国医疗市场营销体系正在逐渐建立,医疗市场之间的竞争给非营利医院的发展带来了机遇,同时也带来了挑战和一系列问题。非营利医院作为市场营销的一部分,其应该实施有效的营销策略来进一步开拓医疗服务市场。文章通过对目前我国非营利医院所存在的问题运用现代营销理论和方法并借鉴国外医院营销经验来制定合理的营销策略为手段。提高医疗服务质量,满足人民对医疗服务行业的需求并提出有效的营销策略。从而达到促进我国非营利医院卫生事业的发展及逐步完善医疗服务体系的目的。
With the reform of China’s economic system and the deepening of the medical and health system reform, the medical marketing system in our country is gradually being established. The competition among medical markets has brought opportunities to the development of non-profit hospitals. It also brings challenges and a series of problem. As part of marketing, a non-profit hospital should implement an effective marketing strategy to further develop the healthcare services market. By means of applying modern marketing theories and methods to the existing problems of non-profit hospitals in our country and drawing on the marketing experience of foreign hospitals, the article makes a reasonable marketing strategy. Improve the quality of medical services, meet the people’s demand for the medical service industry and put forward effective marketing strategies. So as to achieve the goal of promoting the development of health undertakings of non-profit hospitals in our country and gradually improving the medical service system.
