目的对荷花玉兰Magnolia grandiflora叶的化学成分进行研究。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱方法进行化合物的分离和纯化,并根据谱学数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从荷花玉兰叶的70%丙酮水提取物中分离得到8个倍半萜,分别鉴定为12,13-二乙酰氧基-桉烷-4α,6α,11-三醇(1)、12,13-二乙酰氧基-5αH-愈创木烷-1(10)-烯-4α,6α,11-三醇(2)、11,13-去氢台湾含笑内酯(3)、台湾含笑内酯(4)、α-山道年(5)、1β-羟基-11βH-桉烷-3-烯-12,6α-内酯(6)、β-网翼藻萜醇(7)、12α-甲氧基-吉玛烷-1(10),4,11(13)-三烯-12,6α-缩醛(8)。结论化合物1和2为新化合物,并命名为荷花玉兰醇A和B,化合物4~8为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Magnolia grandiflora leaves. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel and Sephadex LH-20. The structures of the compounds were identified based on the spectral data. Results Eight sesquiterpenes were isolated from 70% acetone water extract of Magnolia officinalis leaves, which were identified as 12,13-diacetoxy-ectane-4α, 6α, 11-triol (1) (10) -ene-4α, 6α, 11-triol (2), 11,13-dehydro-7-deoxy hydrogenolactone (3) (5), 1β-hydroxy-11βH-3-ene-12,6α-lactone (6), β-retinylidene terpineol (7), 12α- Oxy-germane-1 (10), 4,11 (13) -triene-12,6α-acetal (8). Conclusions Compounds 1 and 2 are new compounds and named as Magnolol A and B, and compounds 4 ~ 8 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
