This article studies the possibility of individualized pelvic lymph node dissection in patients with endometrial cancer. The relationship between PLN metastases and different prognostic factors was analyzed retrospectively. The subjects were 175 endometrial cancer patients between 1979 and 1994 with a mean age of 54 years. All patients underwent hysterectomy or extensive hysterectomy and PLN dissection. Prognostic factors for the study included: clinical scores.
