在当前社会经济高速发展的大环境下,人力资源管理已经成为了企业发展的重要支柱,其中的绩效薪酬管理更是企业管理层关注的重中之重。对于人力资源服务公司来说,绩效薪酬管理作为其公司业务的一部分对于公司内部建设也有非常重要的意义。同时,在人力资源服务公司中,仍然存在着自身的绩效薪酬管理问题。随着当前市场经济的深入发展,人力资源服务公司之间的竞争也越来越激烈,加强自身管理,通过提升绩效薪酬管理来促进公司综合实力的提高已经迫在眉睫。本文就人力资源服务公司的绩效薪酬管理新思路进行了探究。
In the current environment of rapid social and economic development, human resource management has become an important pillar for the development of enterprises, of which performance-based compensation management is the most important concern of the management of the enterprise. For HR service companies, performance-based compensation management as part of their company’s business is also of great importance to internal company building. At the same time, there are still some problems in performance management in HR service companies. With the deepening of the current market economy, the competition among HR service companies is becoming more and more intense. It is imminent to strengthen self-management and promote the overall strength of the company by improving performance-based compensation management. This article explores the new ideas of performance compensation management of human resources service companies.
