如何利用鼻分泌物来检查药物对上呼吸道粘膜的动力学作用已有报道。本文除探讨分泌物病理性增多时鼻分泌物的蛋白、白蛋白的含量与正常时的分泌物相比较是否有改变外,还讨论了在鼻窦炎时药物对粘膜的动力学作用是否也有所改变。此外,还观察了临床上已明确有感染的上呼吸道区域的抗生素的各种浓度是否与疗效有关。选择的药物为氨基苄青霉素(Ampicillin)和Bacampicillin。二者均口服。由于它们的吸收不同,血清含量也不同,因此在分泌物内及粘膜内浓度亦有异。应用的两种抗生素,其有效物质均为Ampicillin,因此根据Ampicillin在血清中出现的浓度及其对病灶的作用,作为两种药物的对比检查。检查的材料为来自40名鼻窦炎患者的鼻分泌
