四吨复合台是采用计算机控制的新型振动疲劳试验设备。它的信号源由软件编程实现。控制软件既可以由键盘打入相应的命令控制信号的升降、循环和启停,实现开环控制;又可以根据设置的试验参数完成全自动程控循环加载,进行闭环控制。本文阐述了硬件系统的设计思想及软件系统的流程,并对程控加载信号源及其控制方法作了扼要的论述。
Four tons of composite Taiwan is the use of computer-controlled vibration of a new type of fatigue testing equipment. Its source is programmed by software. Control software can be driven by the keyboard into the corresponding command control signal lift, cycle and start and stop to achieve open-loop control; but also according to set the test parameters to complete automatic program-controlled loop loading, closed-loop control. This paper describes the hardware system design and software system flow, and program-controlled loading signal source and control methods are briefly discussed.
