刘邓大军重建大别山根据地尊重客观实际,实行无后方作战,具有求实性;军事斗争与政权建设同步进行,具有科学性;新区建设实行新策略,具有创新性。由于形成了独具特色的根据地建设模式,才最终在大别山建立了巩固的根据地,为解放战争的胜利奠定了良好基础。
