我国现有的钢铁企业中,不仅老企业多,而且中、小型高炉所占比重太。在对它们大修造改时因受原有平面布置、资金等客观条件的限制,不可能都采用外燃式或顶燃式热风炉来提高风温。近三年来,我厂通过2号、4号两座高炉(容积294m~3)大修改造的实践,对提高风温作了初步尝试,达到了预期目的。实践证明,改造原有热风炉与采用新工艺、新设备、新技术、新材料相结合,是改造现有中、小型高炉内燃式热风炉的有效途径。
Among the existing iron and steel enterprises in our country, not only the old enterprises but also the medium and small blast furnaces account for too much. In the overhaul of their modification due to the original plane layout, capital and other objective conditions, it is impossible to use external combustion or top-fired stove to increase the air temperature. In the past three years, our factory passed the practice of overhaul and renovation of two blast furnaces No. 2 and No. 4 (volume: 294m ~ 3), and made preliminary attempts to raise the temperature of the wind, achieving the expected purpose. Practice has proved that the transformation of the original hot stove and the use of new technology, new equipment, new technologies, new materials, is to transform the existing medium and small blast furnace internal combustion stove an effective way.
