近年来,国际国内自然灾害频发。受众对防灾减灾新闻关注度的不断提升,促使媒体改进既有宣传报道模式。在信息渠道多元的今天,受众一方面要求灾难新闻发布的及时性、准确性,另一方面要求防灾减灾新闻的服务性,并期待借力媒体监督救灾过程的透明与公平。此外,怎样在获取信息的同时感受到人文关怀,让防灾减灾新闻更温暖人心,也成为受众诉求之一。面对新需求,媒体到底该如何作为,本刊本期特组织专题加以探讨。
In recent years, natural disasters at home and abroad have been frequent. The increasing public concern about the news of disaster prevention and mitigation has prompted the media to improve its existing media coverage model. In today’s diverse information channels, the audiences demand timely and accurate disaster news release on the one hand and demand the service of disaster prevention and mitigation news on the other hand. They also look forward to leveraging the media to supervise the transparency and fairness of the disaster relief process. In addition, it is also one of the demands of the audiences that how to feel the humane care while obtaining information and make the disaster prevention and mitigation news more warm. In the face of new demands, how the media should act as a case should be discussed in this special issue of the Organization.
