对某皮毛加工厂作业生产环境进行粉尘浓度及真菌学调查。对 14 2名皮毛加工工人及 3 3 2名不接触尘毒对照工人进行呼吸系统症状询问调查及肺功能检测 ,并对部分皮毛加工工人呼吸系统症状明显者进行了胸部X线捡查。结果表明 ,皮毛加工各工序真菌浓度与对照环境比较明显增高 ,真菌浓度波动在 6 2 9~ 3 6 81cfu/m3之间。其优势菌种为芽枝霉 ,其次为青霉、交链孢霉。皮毛加工工人呼吸系统症状阳性率及肺功能异常率明显增高 ,其中经常发热者 4人 ,X线胸片异常者7人。
Dust concentration and mycological investigation of the operating environment of a fur processing plant. A total of 142 fur workers and 312 non-exposed workers were asked about respiratory symptoms and pulmonary function tests. Chest X-ray examination was also performed on some respiratory workers with some obvious symptoms of fur workers. The results showed that the fungal concentration in each process of fur processing was significantly higher than that in the control environment, and the concentration of fungi fluctuated between 629 and 361 cfu / m3. The dominant species is budding mildew, followed by penicillium, Alternaria Alternaria. The positive rates of respiratory symptoms and abnormal lung function in fur workers were significantly higher, including 4 people who had frequent fever and 7 people who had abnormal X-ray.
