胎儿窘迫是胎儿在宫内缺氧处于危急状态的一种临床现象,是新生儿窒息及死亡的直接原因。如能早期诊断,正确处理是改善围产儿预后,降低新生儿窒息及死亡的重要措施。本文对我院1983年元月～1984年12月532例胎儿窘迫进行分析。
Fetal distress is a clinical phenomenon of fetal hypoxia in the uterus and is the direct cause of neonatal asphyxia and death. If early diagnosis, correct treatment is to improve perinatal prognosis, reduce neonatal asphyxia and death of important measures. This article analyzes our hospital from January 1983 to December 1984 532 cases of fetal distress.
