目的建立并初步验证病理状态中药四性数学模型。方法用HR3000数显热量计测量小柴胡汤及寒证小鼠模型服药前后体内代谢产物的燃烧焓,计算小柴胡汤加减配伍经小鼠体内代谢产物燃烧焓的变化,据此判断药物寒热,验证依据热力学第一定律所建立中药四性数学模型的正确性。结果计算得到寒证模型小鼠各药物组及模型组的燃烧焓值,并判断出黄芩-柴胡组、黄芩-柴胡+甘草组为寒性药物,小柴胡汤组、人参-生姜-大枣-半夏组、人参-生姜-大枣-半夏+甘草组、黄芩-柴胡+人参-生姜-大枣-半夏组为热性药物,甘草组为平性药物。结论所建立的病理状态中药四性数学模型能正确反映小柴胡汤加减配伍对病理机体的寒、热变化,可用来定量反映中药(复方)四性。
Objective To establish and preliminary verify the pathological state of traditional Chinese medicine mathematical model. Methods Using the HR3000 digital calorimeter to measure the enthalpy of combustion of the metabolites in Xiaochaihu decoction and cold syndrome mice before and after taking the medicine, the change of the enthalpy of combustion of metabolites in Xiaochaihu decoction and mice was calculated, According to the first law of thermodynamics, the validity of mathematical model of traditional Chinese medicine established. Results Calculated the enthalpy of combustion in each drug group and model group of cold syndrome model mice, and found that Scutellariae - Bupleurum, Scutellaria - Bupleurum + Glycyrrhiza group is a cold drug, Xiao Chai Hu Tang group, ginseng - ginger - large Zao - Banxia group, ginseng - ginger - jujube - Pinellia + licorice group, Scutellaria - Bupleurum + Ginseng - ginger - jujube - Pinellia group for the thermal drugs, licorice group for the flat drug. Conclusion The established mathematical model of Chinese traditional medicine in the pathological state can correctly reflect the change of cold and heat of the pathological body by the addition and subtraction of Xiaochaihu decoction and can be used to quantitatively reflect the traditional Chinese medicine (compound).
