根据《浙江省药品炮制规范》酒白芍的炮制方法是取生白芍片,喷淋黄酒拌匀,稍闷,待酒吸尽,晾干,用蜜炙麸皮炒至老黄色。现改用烘箱制法,亦起到同样效果。烘箱:用YHWYL-1型,远红外药物千燥箱,江西仪器厂。方法:取生白芍片,用黄酒拌匀10％,稍闷,待酒吸尽。取蜜炙麸皮与之拌匀,均摊于烘箱抽屉内,厚度约0.4～0.6cm。接通电源,调至温度180℃,时间14min。电铃响后,稍闷,取出,凉透,筛去麸皮即得。
