通过中国大陆31个省、市、自治区的数据测度了2003-2013年间的中国国有及国有控股企业、私营企业、外商投资企业的全要素生产率及其构成的变化趋势,结果发现:从时间和空间来看,规上企业全要素生产率及其构成存在明显的所有权差异。此外,各地区的国有及国有控股企业、私营企业、外商投资企业的全要素生产率(TFP)和技术进步大都表现出增长的趋势,而生产效率多数表现出无效状态。为了更好地提高规上企业科技创新能力,需要大力发展混合所有制,整合科技创新资源;加大技术创新投入力度,提高创新绩效;创新政策要结构化、适度化。
Through the data of 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in mainland China, the total factor productivity of Chinese state-owned and state-controlled enterprises, private-owned enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises in 2003-2013 are measured and the trend of their composition is measured.
