培训效果受培训实施过程中的专家团队、内容、模式、方式及后勤保障等因素的影响,其中培训模式的选择是培训效果的决定性因素。本文从顶岗置换研修项目、短期集中培训项目、远程培训项目三种培训模式出发,对我省“国培计划”的实施加以研究分析。一、顶岗置换研修项目顶岗置换研修主要采取的培训模式为合作分享型培训模式和“影子教师”培训模式。中小学基地校也按照各校的实际情况,分别创新了课题研究模式、“任务驱动,解决问题”模式、“教—研—修”一体化模式。(一)合作分享型培训模式1.主要做法。第一,优选省内高等师范院
