目的:为上牙槽后神经阻滞麻醉提供解剖学资料。方法:对50具成人颅骨进行观测。根据观测结果弯制弧形注射针头,为50例患者进行上牙槽后神经阻滞麻醉。结果:牙槽孔距颧下嵴起始部距离,左侧(21.54±3.05)mm;右侧(20.91±2.50)mm。牙槽孔距颧下嵴起始部的弧长,左侧(20.91±2.50)mm。牙槽孔距颧下嵴起始部的弧长,左侧(23.28±1.64)mm;右侧(22.94±1.68)mm。结论:以牙槽孔至颧下嵴起始部的弧长和弦长为标准弯制注射针头,采用口内注射法进行上牙槽后神经阻滞麻醉,成功率为98%。
Objective: To provide anatomic data for post-alveolar nerve block anesthesia. Methods: 50 adult skulls were observed. Curved arc-shaped needles were made according to the observations, and 50 patients underwent upper alveolar nerve block anesthesia. Results: The distance between the alveolar hole and the beginning of the zygomatic ridge was (21.54 ± 3.05) mm on the left and (20.91 ± 2.50) mm on the right. Alveolar hole from the beginning of the zygomatic ridge of the arc length, left (20.91 ± 2.50) mm. The length of arc slot from the beginning of the zygomatic ridge was (23.28 ± 1.64) mm on the left and (22.94 ± 1.68) mm on the right. Conclusion: The arc length and chord length at the beginning of the alveolar hole to the zygomatic lower crest are used as standard curved injection needles, and the superior alveolar nerve block anesthesia is performed by the oral injection method with a success rate of 98%.
