本文提出了一种基于南瑞MB40PLC为控制核心的水轮机调速器产品设计方案,文章首先阐述了采用国产化PLC开发水轮机调速器的必要性,描述了MB40PLC的技术特点,提出了调速器的整体设计方案,详细描述了调速器测频模件、模拟量输入、输出模件的设计思路,频率测量的原理和方法,为国产PLC在水轮机调速器领域的推广应用,为我国诸多水电调速设备的新建和改造提供了有益的参考和借鉴。
This paper presents a product design scheme of turbine governor based on NARI MB40PLC as the control core. Firstly, the necessity of developing turbine governor with domestic PLC is expounded.
