作为教学评价,我认为应该是“评”而有“价”。教学评价应通过“评”来充分发挥其价值功能,让受评价者在评价过程中,得到展示、激励和发展。然而,笔者作为一位教学管理者,在经常深入的小学语文课堂教学中,却发现很多小学语文教师包括有些教学业务管理者,在教学评价中却存在着一些误区。他们只是为评价而评价,重视评价的“评”而忽视了评价中的“价”(即价值)。我觉得这是一个很值得关注的问题,需要引起我们的注意。
As a teaching evaluation, I think it should be “assessment” and “price”. The evaluation of teaching should give full play to its value function through “appraisal”, so that appraisers can be demonstrated, motivated and developed during the appraisal process. However, as a teaching manager, I often find that many primary Chinese teachers, including some teaching business managers, have some misunderstandings in teaching evaluation in the frequently-penetrated primary Chinese classroom teaching. They are only for the evaluation of evaluation, emphasis on evaluation of the “evaluation” and ignore the evaluation of “price” (ie, value). I think this is a very noteworthy issue that needs our attention.
