ASIC技术是我所“七五”重点预研攻关项目。我所于1986年开始开发,1987～1988年开发出3000门规模的门阵列专用集成电路GA3801～GA3804,并成功地用于雷达终端显示器。仅用4块专用集成电路,就可取代原来的200片中小规模集成电路,使显示器机芯的体积大大缩小,功能扩展齐全。1989年至1994年,又相继开发出GA3805～GA3808几种CFAR、复数乘法器专用电路,规模达到2万门。 该技术填补了国家空白,促进了信号/数据
ASIC technology is our “seven five” key pre-research project. I started to develop in 1986, from 1987 to 1988 to develop 3000-scale gate array ASIC GA3801 ~ GA3804, and successfully used in radar terminal displays. Only four ASICs can replace the original 200 small and medium sized integrated circuits, the display movement greatly reduced the size of the function expansion complete.
