为了提高大功率真空管设备灯丝电源的技术性能和功率密度,设计了一种软开关零电流谐振式BUCK变换器为核心的灯丝电源。介绍了其基本工作原理,结合电路各个时段时序关系、电路拓扑、重要参数的设计公式,给出了电源的详细设计方法,并阐述了电路的实现条件和工作特点。以工作中的具体电路为实例进行详细分析,得出了电路在工作效率、可靠性实施、模块化设计等方面的可行性论证,验证了其高效率、小型化的技术创新特点。
In order to improve the technical performance and power density of the filament power supply of high-power vacuum tube equipment, a filament switching power supply with a soft switch zero-current resonant BUCK converter as its core is designed. The basic principle of the circuit is introduced. The design method of the power supply is given based on the design of timing, circuit topology and important parameters of each circuit. The implementation conditions and working characteristics of the circuit are also given. A detailed analysis of the specific circuits at work shows the feasibility of the circuit in terms of work efficiency, reliability implementation and modular design, and verifies its high efficiency and miniaturization characteristics of technological innovation.
