提出考虑裂缝宽度的GFRP筋混凝土梁极限承载力的设计方法。根据正常使用极限状态规定的梁裂缝宽度限值,设定受压区边缘混凝土的压应变;求出等效矩形应力图系数,分析截面应力应变关系;根据平衡条件,计算裂缝宽度限值确定的受拉筋材配筋率,并与平衡配筋率比较,取较大值作为GFRP筋混凝土梁中受拉筋材的配筋率。将计算得到的配筋率与实际试验构件采用的配筋率进行比较,其误差可以满足工程要求。考虑裂缝宽度的设计方法更能有效体现GFRP筋混凝土梁的实际工作状态,并具有安全可靠的承载力储备。
The design method of the ultimate bearing capacity of GFRP reinforced concrete beams considering crack width is proposed. According to the limit value of beam crack limit under the normal use limit state, the compressive strain of the concrete at the edge of the compression zone is set; the equivalent rectangular stress diagram coefficient is calculated and the cross-section stress-strain relationship is analyzed; and the limit of crack width is calculated according to the equilibrium condition Tensile reinforcement reinforcement ratio, and compared with the balanced reinforcement ratio, whichever is greater as the GFRP tendon reinforced concrete beam reinforcement ratio. The calculated reinforcement ratio and the actual test components used to compare the rate of reinforcement, the error can meet the engineering requirements. The design method considering the width of crack can effectively reflect the actual working condition of GFRP tendons and has a safe and reliable bearing capacity reserve.
