Balances are generally made up of parts such as weigh bars, brackets, and weighing pans. Here’s a simple way to make it. Material: One fine brush (6 to 8 mm diameter, 160 to 200 mm long); One old blade; One wooden block; Thin lead, cardboard, and a small amount of yarn. Method: Pull out the bristles on the brush bar, scrape it clean, and cut off a part of the hair that is not solid (approximately 5 to 10 mm), and make a wedge in the center (a slightly thicker end) Slot (Figure 1). The groove bottom mn needs to accurately pass the center of gravity of the pen shaft, that is, the centerline interface, and must be light, straight, and sharp in order to match the blade of the fulcrum blade. Then, two slots are carved on both sides of the pen shaft at equal distances from the bottom of the central groove (Figure 2). The two grooves are first lighter than the center interface. The used old blade is embedded in the wooden block.
