在“建设秀美江西”发展战略的指导下,江西森林资源快速增长。“十一五”末期,江西森林覆盖率达到63.1%。森林资源资产评估作为江西省林权制度改革的重要部分,对规范森林资源资产交易市场,预防公有资产流失等都有极大的促进作用。本文在阐述江西森林资源资产评估现状的基础上,进一步剖析该行业存在的问题,提出江西省森林资产资源评估参数体系设计的初步设想,并提出了相关政策建议。 Under the guidance of the development strategy of “building a beautiful Jiangxi”, the forest resources of Jiangxi have been rapidly growing. “Eleventh Five-Year ” end, Jiangxi forest coverage rate reached 63.1%. As an important part of the reform of the forest tenure system in Jiangxi Province, the assessment of forest resources assets plays an important role in regulating the trading market of forest resources and assets and preventing the loss of public assets. On the basis of expatiating on the status quo of assets appraisal of forest resources in Jiangxi Province, this paper further analyzes the existing problems in this industry, puts forward the tentative plan of designing forest resources appraisal parameter system in Jiangxi Province, and puts forward the relevant policy suggestions.
