研究了作为固体催化剂组份“内酯”和助催剂组份“外酯”的苯甲酸乙酯(EB)的MgCl_2-n-BuOH-SiCl_4-TiCl_4/AlEt_3体系催化剂对丙烯聚合的影响。结果表明,“内酯”EB含量越高,Ti的负载量越低,EB与聚合活性有密切关系。只有通过“内酯”和“外酯”的协合作用,才能有效提高聚丙烯等规度至90%以上。
The effect of MgCl_2-n-BuOH-SiCl_4-TiCl_4 / AlEt_3 system catalyst on the polymerization of propylene was studied as a solid catalyst component “lactone” and a cocatalyst component “Ethyl Ester” (EB) The results showed that the higher the EB content of “lactone”, the lower the loading of Ti, and the EB was closely related to the polymerization activity. Only through the “lactone” and “Ester” synergies, can effectively improve the isotacticity of polypropylene to 90% or more.
