目的研究EVL基因在乳腺癌组织中的表达及意义。方法通过随机的方法选取2010年1月-2014年12月在该院乳腺科接受治疗的4种不同乳腺癌亚型病例各15例,同期选取乳腺良性腺病疾病患者20例为对照组,应用免疫组织化学的方法检测乳腺癌组织中EVL蛋白的表达。结果与对照组相比,EVL蛋白在乳腺癌中表达增加,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。EVL蛋白在激素受体阳性乳腺癌组的表达明显高于激素受体阴性乳腺癌组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);EVL蛋白在对照组中的表达高于激素受体阴性乳腺癌组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但低于激素受体阳性乳腺癌组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乳腺癌分子亚型Luminal A型、Luminal B型、HER2高表达型和三阴性型组织中EVL蛋白表达呈递减性。EVL蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达与病理分级无关(P>0.05);EVL蛋白在淋巴结转移及临床Ⅲ~Ⅳ期的乳腺癌组织中的表达明显高于无淋巴结转移及临床Ⅰ~Ⅱ期的乳腺癌(P<0.05)。结论 EVL蛋白在激素受体阳性的乳腺癌亚型中高表达,激素受体阴性的乳腺癌亚型中低表达。EVL蛋白低表达可能与预后不良有关,有可能成为治疗乳腺癌的一个靶点。
Objective To study the expression and significance of EVL gene in breast cancer. Methods From January 2010 to December 2014, 15 cases of 4 different breast cancer subtypes treated in breast department of our hospital from January 2010 to December 2014 were selected randomly. Twenty patients with benign breast diseases of breast were selected as control group in the same period. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of EVL protein in breast cancer tissues. Results Compared with the control group, the expression of EVL protein in breast cancer increased, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The expression of EVL protein in hormone receptor positive breast cancer group was significantly higher than that in hormone receptor negative breast cancer group (P <0.05), and the expression of EVL protein in control group was higher than that in hormone receptor negative breast cancer Group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), but lower than hormone receptor positive breast cancer group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The expression of EVL protein in breast cancer subtype Luminal A, Luminal B, HER2 high expression and triple negative tissue showed decreasing. The expression of EVL protein in breast cancer tissues was not correlated with pathological grade (P> 0.05). The expression of EVL protein in lymph node metastasis and clinical stage Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ breast cancer tissues was significantly higher than that without lymph node metastasis and stage Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ Breast cancer (P <0.05). Conclusion EVL protein is highly expressed in hormone receptor positive breast cancer subtype and low in hormone receptor negative breast cancer subtype. Low expression of EVL protein may be related to poor prognosis, it may become a target for the treatment of breast cancer.
